All volunteers must have valid clearances uploaded to their coach registration in order to participate with any players.  Clearances are valid for 5 years but they need to be uploaded each year with your coaching registration. The site does not keep previous years clearances.  You can apply for each clearance using the links on this page.  Clearances must be attached to the volunteers profile when they are signing up to be a commissioner, head coach or assistant coach. 

All coaching volunteers must complete a Concussion Safety Course. That can be accessed in the link below and the certificate must be uploaded to coaching profile.
